About the role

Job summary & responsibilities

• Monitor batch reactions and process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow) against standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records and shift handover logs
• Coordinate with the QA/QC lab to release intermediates and finished product to specification
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations, escalating to the Plant Manager where needed
• Support routine safety audits and ensure PPE and handling protocols are followed on the floor
• Assist in preparing process improvement proposals for yield and energy efficiency

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) freshers to 2 years' experience welcome
• Working understanding of batch and continuous process operations
• Comfortable reading P&IDs and following documented SOPs
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a plant environment
• Clear written communication for logs, reports, and shift handovers
