These terms explain the rules for using Chemmexco's marketplace, profiles, listings, communication tools, job portal, and connected services.
Effective date: 15 September 2026. Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using the platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Chemmexco (the Platform), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.
2. Who can use the Platform
Chemmexco supports B2B chemical discovery, business profiles, product listings, buyer and seller enquiries, professional profiles, and job portal workflows. You must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use the platform only for lawful business or professional purposes.
3. Listings and transactions
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety information, pricing, quantity, specifications, availability, and documentation in their listings. Chemmexco provides discovery and communication tools; users must independently evaluate suppliers, products, and any transaction before proceeding.
4. Logistics and insurance
Logistics and insurance features may involve third-party providers. Transport terms, coverage, liability, documentation, pricing, claims, and delivery obligations are governed by the applicable service or partner terms presented for that activity.
5. Verification
Where verification information or documents are displayed, users should understand that verification is not a guarantee of product quality, regulatory compliance, financial standing, or transaction performance. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own due diligence.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform to list or promote prohibited, illegally sourced, unsafe, or misrepresented chemicals; impersonate another person or business; upload unauthorized documents; misuse chat or contact information; post misleading job or product information; or interfere with platform security.
7. Fees
Some platform features or connected services may carry fees. Any applicable fee, tax, partner charge, or payment condition will be shown before the relevant paid action is confirmed.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chemmexco is not responsible for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, third-party logistics or insurance services, inaccurate user content, interrupted availability, or events outside its reasonable control.
9. Termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where an account violates these terms, creates risk, misuses platform features, or provides misleading information. You may request account closure through the Contact Us page, subject to outstanding obligations and lawful retention requirements.
10. Updates
We may update platform features or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
